The Durham Senior Cricket League Score System was the predecessor of the Schofield Cricket Club Score System. Most of the code in the Schofield Cricket Club Score System is based on that of the DSCL Score System. The Durham Senior League Score System was an AVCE ICT coursework project for unit 3. Below, you may download a copy of my entire unit 3 coursework folder. In order to protect my copyright, I have removed all the technical documentation. There are 65 different versions of the DSCL Score System, but be warned, not all of them work. Especially those versions with a fixture generating feature. In all versions with this feature (except version 65) the feature will cause random lock-ups and crashes when you are using it. This is because the initial code was not very stable, and was prone to spectacular failure. My Dad and I spent hours on this feature, trying to prevent the crashes and lock-ups, and eventually we succeceded in getting it to pop up a failure message, rather than crash. It is as good as we can make it, but it is still not perfect. It gave my ICT Teacher nightmares, and he kept reminding me that it was a spreadsheet project, not a programming project!
